The 2510H is the 25-tonne answer to the same platform, with 252 kW, 290 kN of tractive force and load-space options up to 8.5 m². The specification worth noticing for Australian work is the 7.5 m² load space specifically noted for heavy hardwood and eucalyptus.
That option exists because hardwood behaves differently in a load space. Eucalypt is dense enough that a forwarder reaches its weight limit before it fills a load space sized for softwood, so the correct hardwood configuration is a smaller load space on a higher-payload machine — which is counter-intuitive until the density is accounted for.

Payload earns on distance. The larger machine's advantage is fewer cycles for the same volume, which grows with haul length and disappears on short extraction — so the case for it is made by measuring hauls, not by comparing capacity.
Ground pressure rises with machine weight, and on compaction-sensitive sites or stands facing further rotations that is a cost transferred to the estate. Tyre, track and bogie specification is the control, and it belongs in the purchase rather than being addressed later.
Hardwood density changes the operating picture throughout: loads reach weight limits sooner, tyres and bogies work harder, and fuel per tonne differs from softwood experience. Model from hardwood figures rather than carrying over pine assumptions.
